Disassembling the drinking lid

➎ It is disassembled when the “click” sound is heard, and then clean the slider base.
Assembling the drinking lid
➊ Have the raised part on the back of the safety lock facing toward the silicone position of the slider tab, push the safety lock through the hole of the slider tab, and align with the raised point. It is locked in once a "click" sound is heard.
➋ With the slider base pointing up (short side of the slider base facing down) and the concave surface facing the cup mouth, slide in and snap the base into the drinking lid.
➌ With the slider base tilting up, place the silicone side of the slider tab facing down, align with the track and push it into the slider base.
➍ Once it has slid in, press down the tilted slider tab until a “click” sound to complete the assembly.
➊ Prepare the drinking lid and silicone O-ring.
➋ Insert the silicone O-ring around the top of the drinking lid.
➌ After that, make sure that the opening of the silicone O-ring is facing down and the assembling is complete.

Storing of the filter
➊ Remove the silicone ring on top of the cold brew filter.
➋ Place the silicone ring inside the cold brew filter.
➌ Fold the pour over filter silicone sleeve inward and insert it into the drinking lid.
➍ Put the cold brew filter into the mug and then close the mug with the assembled drinking lid.
Pour Over Coffee Instruction
➊ Choose preferred coffee beans for grinding (using Dyn electric coffee grinder is acceptable).
➋ Place the pour over filter funnel on top of the lid base and add the ground coffee (use 1:16 coffee to water ratio for brewing).
➌ Prepare 220mL/ 420mL of 85-95 degrees Celsius hot water and pour it into the filter funnel. Start from the center of the filter funnel and move outward in a circular motion slowly and then circle back to the center.
➍ When the ground coffee expands to the second folding line of the filter silicon sleeve, stop pouring water and wait.
➎ After the expanded ground coffee begins to collapse, repeat the above step to add hot water in a circular motion. The water flow needs to be controlled, stable, and in small amounts.
➏ Bubbles will start to form after hot water is poured in. At this point, please wait for the water to flow down.
➐ If the ground coffee is soaked for too long, do not wait for all the hot water to flow out. Instead, remove the filter funnel. This is to avoid the bitter flavor resulting from the long extraction.
Cold Brew Coffee Instruction
➊ Choose preferred coffee beans for grinding (For Dyn electric coffee grinder, see its instruction manual for details).
➋ Place the cold brew filter on top of the lid base and pour in the ground coffee (use 1:12 - 1:17 coffee to cold water ratio).
➌ Prepare 295mL/ 495mL of around 20-30 degrees Celsius room temperature water and pour it into the coffee mug.
➍ After pouring in the water, close the coffee mug lid and lock it tightly.
➎ Put the mug in the refrigerator and let it refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
➏ After that, remove the cold brew filter and enjoy the cold brew coffee.
Recommended scale for grinders:
➊ Use the Dyn electric coffee grinder, turn the lower knob to the tightest scale, and then turn back 4 scales for the recommended grind size.
➋ The grind size affects your coffee flavor. If a stronger flavor is preferred, turn the scale to 4; if a lighter taste is preferred, turn the scale to 6.
